What is Executive Coaching

Coaching is a process of discovery.  It typically begins with a deeper understanding of the current challenge.  Insights into a leader's motivations and values allow for greater clarity.  With this clarity, a leader moves into action by experimenting and adopting new practices and tools. 

 

After co-defining the program's purpose and outcomes with the leader, I design a program to support those outcomes. Activities, tools, and practices are given to explore new ways of approaching transitions. In the end, the leader should have clarity and confidence in addressing their challenge and have practices and tools to help them navigate future changes.
